DEM. WOMEN MEET 1/9

The Gaston County Democratic Women will meet on Monday January 9th.  At the City Club of Gastonia.  All Democratic Women are encouraged to attend.  The topic of the evening will be the proposed NC state Voter ID Bill. Business is at 7:00 pm., optional buffet at 6:00 pm.  Don’t miss it!

JANUARY PARTY MEETING 1/23

Monthly Party Meeting. Monday January 23rd.  The Gaston County Party faithful will have our first meeting of the New Year.  Patsy Keever (NC House) and Terry Bellamy (Mayor -Asheville), Candidates for US House will be present to meet and greet Gaston Dems.  We will also discuss our vision for 2012.  Invite a friend or neighbor as the campaign season has begun.

 

 

 

 

 

DEMOCRATIC SENIORS 1/30

Yes, you are reading it right!  The Gaston County Democratic Seniors auxiliary will be meeting Monday, January 30th. Business meeting at 7:00 pm. And optional buffet at 6:00 pm. at the City Club of Gastonia.  All seniors are welcome to attend the start-up meeting.  Your voice is needed and your ideas welcome.  For more information contact Bertha Watkins at 704-861-8080.

    Naughty list -- federal republicans tried to hike middle class payroll taxes for Christmas.
